Work Out World

I was a member of Work Out World Gym. I have to have surgery so I informed them of same whereby they offered to freeze my account until I healed from my surgery. I received an e-mail from them stating that my account was frozen and that they would not charge my card for the $180.00 that I normally authorized them to charge for my membership and training. They would only access my account for $9.00 fee to cover the freezing of the account. At least until October 31st, 2011. Well on September 15th, 2011 they went through a third party whom I did not give authorization to go into my account and withdrew $150.00 which caused my account to overdraft. I went to the bank because I did not know who had withdrawn the funds; that's when I found out it was a third party from out of state. The bank had paid the money and then charging me for the overdraft. My point is; WorkOutWorld was not supposed to go into my account while the freeze was in effect. I contacted them and sent them medical documents etc. They wanted to put the money back stating that they had made a mistake. And also my surgery had to be postponed because of a fungus infection that I had contracted while working out in their gym I have been suffering from this fungus for four (4) months and the Doctors at the VA hospital keeps rescheduling the surgery because they do not want to risk the fungal infection entering my body and damaging internal organs. I sent them evidence of the fungal infection and the trainer knew about it and the approximate time when I contracted it I did not have it before I started working out in that gym. So they stole my money and I have been suffering from this dasturdly infection for months; I do not just want my money back I want to be compensated for the pain and suffering and for them charging my account after my account with them was frozen through a third party!
