In April 2012 I received a voucher for a complimentary cruise. Responded to it through the Pass to Paradise website. Received a form back by email requesting 99 dollar registration fee and form to be filled out and sent in within 21 days. In September 2012 started sending emails to the [email protected] email that is supplied on their website as a way to contact them. After sending numerous emails Cheryl sent me one in regard to my paperwork being received and that someone would contact me no later than 30 days before my cruise date which I selected as 21 October 2012. In response to my numerous emails that I've sent I've also received a response from jenny saying that i will be contacted no later than 30 days prior to the cruise sail date. It's 26 September 2012 and to date no one has contacted me. All I get is the run around. I am prepared to pay the port fees and taxes which are around 500-600 dollars for two people but if i can't even get a response from these people than I don't trust paying them for a cruise. I have done other travel things similar to this one and have never had a problem. At least the places had numbers that I could contact people on.
THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney generals office
