In November 2011 I received notice in the mail I was selected to receive 2 Complimentary 7day cruise to any port in U.S.
I received registration form after I complained to BBB of Houston, TX.
I noticed, when I received the registration form on February 10, 2012 that the form had an issue date of November 30, 2012 and Void if not registered within 21 days of issue date. I called the cruise promo company and stated that I just received the registration form on February 10, 2012 and I should have 21 days from receipt. Person I spoke with stated I had 21 days to get the form filled out, include a money order in the amount. of $99.00, close cruise dates and ship, which I did and on February 22, 2012 mailed all priority mail with delivery confirmation.
My requested sail dates were in October and November, their slow season according to their registration form.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, Cruise Gift received the above mentioned information and haven't honored the cruise gift.
I'm very disappointed that this company has been untruthful, and stolen money by falsifying a document, and using the United States Postal Service as a vehicle to gain access to consumers and scam them.
