the phone wouldn't pwer up or turn on. I was told to email my issue and a repair center would be emailed to me. Took three weeks. I had to ship ups to the repair cener to find out from zte phone bridged and shut down phone would not reboot or power zte called 1st excuse phone out of warranty 2nd excuse mother board damaged and bent however phone had no phyiscal or water damaged. Boost technical support tried to repair phone but to know avail phone was unrepairable. yet zte wants to charge to repair phone for their crappy design the cost to repair is cheaper to buy a new one. A typical worthless company that doesnt honor its warranty policy.

- What is the device ur using? is it Avail or warp? because avail u will have to send it to AT&T service center not boost.
