Brought in jeans to be hemmed. The jeans came back wavy across the bottom, when I returned them the manager John Salinas told me I have to pay another fee for them to correct(their mistake) I paid AGAIN and the following day I was called and told they could not fix the pants without making them too short. When I went to pick up the pants I as verbally assaulted and told I would receive no compensation for the damages to the brand new (never been worn jeans)it was "policy". The owners "backed him". This is a service business???? And, I was told never to come back!
