Less than a year ago I purchased a new smart phone which from my understanding and explained by Boost mobile the phone should have been under warrrenty for all repairs by ZTE. After getting the run around I then received the RM number to forward the phone for repairs. After 10 day ZTE contacted me that the repairs would cost over $160 bucks. They then directed me to Boost mobile to use the insurance that I had been paying for on the phone, but, Boost denied the claim to use the insurance I had paid for for over 7 months. So, after being screwed by both companies and waiting another 30 days I just bought another phone for $199 which was much easied than screwing with them both,

Update: 08/10/2013

I have all supporting documents, insurance plan payments and the phone which was returned by ZTE and had not been repaired.
