Booked our holiday with them June 2012. Immediately after we booked an email was sent stating that the company policy had changed and confirmation of hotel and flights would be sent out 14 days prior to trip start date.
We did not recieve anything until I rang the company 12 days before. We recieved our hotel booking but no flights. When I questioned the flights Jennifer said they were booked but waiting on confirmation numbers. I rang the airline 4 days before we fly out and they had no booking in any name and the flight was fully booked.
I have tried to make contact with Travelsmoove both in Australia and Singapore to no avail.
I have since asked for a full refund because I feel they have broken their agreement with us. I am yet to hear from them.

Booked my holiday and confirmation email date on July'2012 from Jennifer, Travelsmoove with my traveling date on Nov'2012.
I keep sending email to check the latest status for my flight and hotel. 5 days before, i only received the hotel voucher without flight. I was panic as my Bali agent waiting my flight detail to picking me at airport but yet to received any information from Travesmoove.I keep ringing to them and couldn't reach them at all.
I am wrote a complaint letter to Jennifer and she replier as " you will be getting your vouchers and you will be able to travel". In this sentence, I am sure if there any error happened for my travel, this sentence is useful for me to claim not any full refund for the payment,yet including my time and others resources.
I am waiting they respond urgently. -
