On the 10th september I have ordered a reel to reel tape Technics RS1500US.
The shop told me that the product was shipped and I will receive it in 3 days.
I still waiting for...I sent many emails but I never got any response.
I try to call them many time but I didn't have any response. Moreover the number seems wrong.
Hopefully I didn't pay by advance; I took the option to pay cash at the delivery.
Now I consider that my deal is cancelled.
From my point of view this shop is a (Inappropriate Content Removed) ghost.
Beware of it !

  • From my point of view this practice is not a business practice at all After you have ordered something, nobody responds and acts something. Maybe this shop is not real...It should be stop to work !

  • On 24 September I also placed an order with these people and never heard anything more from them. I also sent them two follow-up emails with no reply back from them....the only conclusion I have is that you are right, a "ghost company"...in my case it looks to be a pretty straight forward case of credit card fraud on their part....real SOBs.

  • I ordered from them a pair loudspeakers for $2,000 excluding VAT and shipping & handling.
    Got a confirmation automatic email for the order and a link to its status, and the speakers were marked as sold in the company’s webpage (they were tagged as “archive”). Nothing else happened for the next 10 days, and my credit card was not charged. I sent them 2 emails asking if there was a problem and how to pay s&h, but got no answer. Then I phoned them several times (no one was picking up) until I managed to talk to them in a mix of German and English. I didn’t really understand much of that conversation (I don’t speak German), but I got the impression that the package was ready to be sent. No idea yet on how to pay s&h. Still, no charge on my card. Nothing else happened for about a week so I started figuring the loudspeakers were not really available in the first place. Then I got a message from a courier with a tracking number saying the speakers were on their way, and my card was charged (excluding VAT and shipping and handling). The following day I got an auto message from the company confirming the speakers had indeed been shipped. The speakers finally arrived, quite wonderful items indeed, yet no further communication from the company as per the VAT and shipping costs. Then I sent another message saying the speakers had arrived, and enquired again on how to pay for the rest. I received a message today indicating the costs of VAT and s&h for the speakers, and the company’s bank account number, and I transferred the amount today. A strange and somewhat cumbersome process this was, but all is well that ends well I suppose, and indeed no scam here (as I had thought at some point there might be).
    This company has some wonderful vintage audio products which are otherwise quite unobtainable, but communication is definitely not their forte.
