International boundaries
sent a pioneer ct-9r vintage hi end cassette deck in part exchange for a kenwood kd990 turntable agreed 350 euro payment from me plus pioneer ct -9r in part exchange .
sent pioneer to berlin from wales arrived 22 nd july. mr kruger replied after a week when i asked if all was ok .
yes cassette deck was perfect and to make payment of 350 euro , i gave him my card details and contacted credit card firm to allow transaction.
no payment taken and i was unable to contact him for approx 1 month ?
i have left dozens of voicemail/emails with no reply and finally gave a deadline of last friday to respond as he was in breach of contract and to return my cassette deck to my home address .
no reply after many more emails / voice mails .
i then asked to confirm that i would arrange courier to collect my pioneer with no cost to him .
still no reply , totally frustrated and i have never dealt with any dealer as bad as this in my life , causing considerable stress and cost and time to me .
how can you resolve a problem when the retailer wont reply ?
please help me if possible

- My name is Alan and I have also filed a complaint against this company...I placed an order with these people and never got a reply back, and I sent them two (2)emails and never got a reply back from them...

hi alan
avoid this company especially part ex equipment which when he receives does not let you know has arrived and in my case damaged it, the item was virtually unused and highly collectible but is now battle scarred, this from a purveyor of fine vinatge jap audio !! what a disgrace .it was only when i contacted another audio dealer with a simmilar name in germany , who tipped me off that he deals mainly on ebay and does not answer the phone !(where i have an account with 100% record unlike mr kruger ,lets call him freddy as it is his initial !) and yes he is a nightmare to deal with after many( approx 50 )tel calls and emails,i consulted trading standards etc etc and 1 month without any contact from f"reddy" kruger !
the threat of possibly losing his ebay trading platform (i did send a complaint to them also) seemed to do the trick
he trades on ebay as tv_audio and has had some very unhappy customers if you read his feedback which is down to about 85-90% % which when you take into account how many customers he deals with is terrible !
i have tried to warn people to this fraud and he hides behind a top class reputation and links from reputable websites like the vintage knob etc
so heres a victory for the internet and maybe a friday the 13th moment looms for his audio buisness.
