On 24 September 2012 I placed an order for a Sony DTC-57ES DAT Recorder, which they advertised in the amount of 399.20USD. I also ordered a Ampex 467 R-16 DAT cassette for 4.00USD, for a total amount of 407.20 USD.
As of this date I still have not received my order. Since my order was placed I have sent two (2) emails to this company inquiring as to when I could expect my order, and I also asked about tracking information of the shipment. Neither of my emails were responded to by this company.
Since I placed my order I have also contacted people in Germany that are in the same business and was told that Audio Extasa has a very bad reputation for delivering the product that is ordered; I was told I may or may not receive what I ordered from this company.
Since I placed my order I have also visited their website again and I noticed that the DAT player that I ordered is still being advertised as being for sale, and now it is being advertised for an amount of 499 USD.
