I called Tax Network USA back at the end of 2010 and spoke to an operator named Brian to ask about there service's and how they worked due to an IRS audit that I received in the mail,Which he advised me that the company would negociate a deal with the IRS on my behalf and get the interest and penaltie's lowered therefore reducing the amount owed, I hired them back in the begining of 2011 at the amount of $1.500.00, I received several different call's from employee's at Tax Network USA of the first month and paper work to fill out along with my pay stub's and it took almost 3 month's with me calling them an asking them what was going on with the status of my case because I was receiving Bill's fromthe IRS that were going up, Finally I spoke to a Steve that advised me I was all set with my payment's at $125.00 a month until the debt was paid off, At that point I asked him so what did your company do for me for the $1,500.00, He advised the negociated payment's for me with the IRS, And I said wait your representive's told me the bill would be reduced, I told him at that point that they had SCAMMED me out of my $1,500.00 because I did all the paper work and filled it out and sent it in along with mt pay stub's and I could have done what they did myself, So I filled report's with both the FLA & CA Consumer Service's Dept's which after waiting 4 month's on both found that Tax Network USA Never responded back, This business is a total SCAM do not let them steal your monie's,They should be prosicuted and jail after they pay all of us our money back that could have really wt toward's reducing our IRS bill's and prolonging our payment's, DRPenney Miami,Fla.
