I owed taxes for 2011 for the sum of $25000 for both State and Federal. I heard the advertisment of Tax Network USA and how they are a Tax relief co. And can reduce the money you owe. So, I called them and spoke to a Donald who told me that yes they can reduce the amount owed. So I agreed to the payment of $2200 to resolve this matter. In a nut shell, all they did was an intallment plan. They made no progress in trying to reduce my principle amount. I contacted the IRS and they told me that anyone can establish a payment plan on the IRS website for free, its a one page form, it takes less then 5 minutes to complete and then you mail it in. Tax Network charged me $2200 to do that! Well they knew they had no intensions in trying to reduce money owed and took my money that I could have used to pay down my debt to the IRS. My last conversation with Tax Network I asked if the payment plan date can be readjusted to the 1st of the month because that's when I get paid, they told me to contact the IRS and do it myself! This is a scamming, money hungry company that takes advantage of Americans in need, why can't the government investigates their illegal actions!!!!!!!!!!!
