Bradley Kuy Kendall of Tax Network USA contacted me in Jan of 2011 stating they could
help me reduce my debt to the IRS. Their team of lawyers would contact the IRS on my behalf and negotiate a settlement for less than the $16,000.00 I owe. They encdouraged me to send the $2200.00 to them $700.00 at a time and were attentive untill they got their money. I never spoke with an attorney. I called and called and only spoke to a clerk
who always said they were working on the case. Finally in Jan. 2012 they said that I had been uncooperative and that the IRS information I gave them did not match what the IRS had. I never saw what they claimed they sent to me called an offer of settlement. But when I asked them to email me a copy I noticed that it had someone elses social security number on it and not mine. So of course this information wouldn't match what I sent them. They never tried to contact me to learn that they had somehow switched the numbers around and I never saw this offer of settlement prior to them sending it off to the IRS. They just said they don't want to work with me any longer. Well they took my $2,200.00 and I believe that was their intention from the start. Please help I already went to the Better Business Bureau about them, They said there are at least 80 other complaints of the same nature on this company.
