Good Morning,

First I want to say that I am sending this hoping that it does not go on deaf ears. I contacted the telephone nuber listed in the store and left a message about a month ago and no one responded. First the store clearly staes that they open at 6 am in the morning. Which never happens and botht he managers are still prepping which I believe should have been done the night before. Today he did not open the door until around 6:30 after looking at least 5 people standing ther for 20 minutes. Second this McDonalds managers are latino and y ou can clearly see the racism in this one if a patron is latino they are all smiles and kindess everyone else is trash to them. Most of the staff in the morning is latino also which is strange becasue this city is os cultrally diverse that it does not make sense. There is a young man who has worked at another McDonalds for three years but wanted to work closer to home his friend who just happened to be latino with no experience at all also applied at the same time. Guess who got the job although I am happy for his friend I do not understnd. This morning I go in and most of the tables are filthy now I think that it should be clean at night. When I asked the manger for a wet cloth to clean so that I can sit at one of the tables he rolls his eyes and hands me dry napkins. I explain that the tables were dirty and I needed it wet he looked at me and told me to go in the nasty bathroom ( with no toilet paper) and wet it. I told him he was being rude and what kind of example is he showing to his employees. I would assume that he apologize for the diryt tables and have someone come and clean all the tables down.This all happened at 6:45 am something I should not have to deal with so early in the morning. While I was cleaning the tables other patrons started to say that is why thye rarely come to that McDonalds because both male manager are really rude. On another occassion they shorter manager was there and I asked for a small coffee with cream and sugar I found that it was extremely lite and had too much cream. When I went back to the counter and asked if he could pour some out and add a little more coffee in he became upset and stated " Why did you ask for cream if you did not want it". After i got ocver the shock of his sponse I stated that you are rude as always. His repsonse was them do not come in here if you do not like it. Now I am not saying that they should treat anyone like that but I know that there are some shady people who hang out there but you can clearly see that I am on my way to my office. I have seen that guy be rude to an elderly woman told her to listen better, I was shocked. I think that if you are openening this site for complaints please acknowledge that you recieved it. I think some one should go there and see they beavoir. They will not open the mens bathroom until 10 am so therefore thye will go to the womens bathroom which you are opening yourself up to a possible assault. I do not use that abthroom because it is dirty but if you are concerned that some of your customers may be doing things in there then do not let them int he store. Do not punish everyone. THEY ARE RUDE, THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN AND THEY ARE RACIST.
