Please treat this message as you are the one on the situation. A big frustation as it may seem.

Last Friday, September 7, I was browsing to look for an available beagle puppy to purchase. I came accross this legal name (I am sure now that this is not a legal name) leslie meya with a sulit.com registered name meya80. I sent this person a personal mail and told that I am more willing to purchase one of his beagle puppies. In not more that few hours I got a positive response from this sulit member. This member responded on my query using the name Robert Lopez. As you can notice, the email address this person used in sulit.com is meya80 which sounds like a female member but when this person replied i identified him as robert and more obviously a male member then. I did not think that this is a scam because he treats our conversation very well. I trusted him (but i am wrong) as we go along our conversation and below is his first email.

out the puppies to you. The puppies are 13 weeks old presently.Will
you take the two puppies or just one ? Unfortunately I can't look
after the puppies any longer due to the mobile nature of my new Job so
i can't corp in taking care of the puppies any more that is the prime
reason for me giving out the puppies .This is how i have made up my
mind through prayers and pains taking efforts in search for a reliable
caring person to take good care of the puppies.The little babies have
had current vaccination,vet check,health certificate and 1 year health
guarantee and the are AKC registered.They are potty trained,home raise
and socialized for tremendous attitude. .I will be very glad to have
you as a good caring parent for the puppies only if you can take good
care of the puppies as your own babies. Actually money is not what
matters, but to find a good caring and loving person. If you are
interested in giving these puppies a wonderful home kindly Provide

answers to the following questions…
Have you ever own a pet before?
Do you have any kids ?
Have your ever own this breed of puppy before?
Why are you interested on this breed?
Do you want to adopt one or both?
what sex are you interested in taking?
How soon do you need the puppies over?
Where are you located?
Do your kids love the coming of these puppies?

Sorry for all the question , but i just want to be sure that the puppies are
going to the right home and they will be having all the love and
attention they need ..please get back to me with the answers.

I responded to his email and explained everything on my mind. of course that includes my intention of bringing his puppy on our simple abode. Included on the above message are the pictures of the puppies named Tobby and Quenie. These picture are not posted on his page in sulit.com so i assume then that the puppies are on his possesion. Then after my reply to him, I've got another email from him and now it has his passport (first page of the passport with picture and details) as well as his driver's license ID daw (kindly see attached pictures). I assume 100% then that this person and the transaction are for real. Below is the second email.

me in SINGAPORE.so if u are still interested in my pups. Then i shall put
them through with a delivery agency so that they deliver them over to
you in Philippines. They shall do the delivery on my behalf. you shall
pay just for the cost of the delivery which is 4000php for one puppy and 8000php for the two the male and the female. attached
to this mail you will find my passport and license this is just to proof to you how real i am., like i told you i am given them on a free adoption.
I shall send along side all the health documents and papers so they shall be presented at your Custom Authority to ensure that they are safe and free from all illnesses. If that is going to be ok by you, then I shall need your Contact Details that is

With this details, i shall be able to put them through with the agency

I didn't think that this is a scam so on my excitement i sent the details this person needs from me. I told this Robert Lopez that i only have Php5,000 cash on hand and if by any chance i could get the two puppies by that price, i will be very lucky and great to take care them (well i told you, you can easily eran my trust). I will give you both puppies for 5000php i see you have so much love for them please promise me you will show them love and take very good care of them i will register the puppies here tomorrow money before i go to work the pet courier agency will info you on the delivery after i most have done the registration i will pay the extra 3000php for the puppies to be delivered to you you will pay the 5000php you before the puppies can be delivered to your home this money is for the flight ticket of the puppies so you will have to pay this fee to the agency before the puppies can be delivered to your home

please take good care of them and always keep me posted

i will be sending their favorite toys and 10 food pack and also their
feeding schedule so the schedule will guide you on their feeding and
their daily routine.

For the document they will be delivered by the agency and the agency
will send so the adoption contract as i will be registering the
puppies on your name on adoption and they will also issue you a
certificate of owner ship which you will sign as a new owner of the puppies
and so other document too will be delivered along side the puppies

Please all i will want from you is to always keep me posted on them
and when i am done with the registration tomorrow i will info you

I sent him more thanks before i went sleeping and then the day after, an International Pet Agency - Pet Relocator, and i was adviced that the two beagle puppies were reserved in Singapore under my name. i was then tasked to pay the sum in peso Php5,000. Since again on my excitement, I rushed into the nearest Western Union to pay the amount and i successfully paid it. Please see my conversation below with the Pet Relocator Agency.

Above conversations through email are just few on my yahoomail inbox. Before the payment was made, Robert Lopez keeps on asking for the updates of the payment however, after I have paid the Php5,000 + charge fee for the service, i received no more emails from them for the whereabouts of the puppies. I was advised by the Pet Agency Secretary Ahmed Saif that since the payment was made late and that the director approved the papers to be processed late too fo that day, they just told me that they will deliver the puppies Sunday morning instead. Moreso, their agency dont do night delivery.

I am just sending you this email because i am just taking my chance if you could help me if the working phone they gave me is really an authorized and affiliated agency of PetRelocation.com. Above anyone else i believe you are capable of helping me deactivate the account of this person in sulit.com and warn the sulit.com buyers about the scams (I have checked sulit.com yesterday evening after I cried a lot and it seems Robert Perro Cruz has lots of accounts on your site).

After all the efforts that I have made to convince the person to return back even the half of the money I paid, I am no longer expecting for it and I have learned from this moving forward. I know that I became careless but please understand that I was just drag by my excitement to own the puppy I wanted. I am more careful now not just in choosing the ads but in any other means. There might be new victim/s when this was not taken with prompt action. Please do the needful, on your capacity to do anything. I am not sure if there are reports that have been submitted close or similar to my case to your team.
