I ordered from the drive thru and drove off. After looking into bag to grab a chicken bit from my 10 piece order, I realized their was no sauce and no ketchup for my order in the bag. I turned back around and asked the lady at the drive thru if sauce came with my meal. She said yes. I looked at her and said had you asked me what type of sauce I would like this would have avoided me from coming back. She rudely took offense and said "WE DONT ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE SAUCE, YOU NEED TO LET ME KNOW! I was dumb founded and said I need to call KFC on you there is no reason for your rudeness. The drive thru lady woho worked the window on 12/12/12 @ 2:00 said call and my name is. (what a smart (Inappropriate Content Removed)). I'd like to say, I don't live in Long Beach but in the the San Fernando Valley and have never encounted this kind of action. I will no longer order anything from this location and the food was horrible fries were hard and chicken was over cooked.

To bad you have these kind of employees representing KFC.
