I wish to file a complaint against baycorp collection where they ask for documents or bank statements asking where deposits have been made, dates don"t mater because the transactions are all in the statements and clearly states the deposit dates. They are telling me to still pay the full amount whether a discount was offered or not I didn"t care 2 hoots because it was still a bill, so I did time payments to ensure the full amount was paid regardless of the discount and now still they forever ask to pay the same amount every time I ask them for a review of my debt.
