I called them for a problem with trendmicro they told me I had corrupt files after 2 days of working on my systems, they don't know what the Hell they are doing they messed everything up on my computer, I then tried IYUGI.com and they fixed my computer in 1 hour and had everythng up and running. These guys know what they are doing but Guruaid are a bunch ignorant poorly trained people. 12 hours of hell and it was fixed in 1 hour by someone that knows what they are doing.
