I signed a contract with BLUE WORLD POOL.there was a certain length to cancel. i called and the lady i talked to said she would get it to the person to take care of it.i called to check on the canceiation could not talk to any one.after the time limit was up to cancel i callrd and got through. i talked to KEVIN FISHER,he was so rude he said i would pay for the pool if i didn'nt he would report me to better business.itold him i called in time to cancel he told me i would have to write it on paper and send it.i ask him why the person did not tell me that when i called he said no one had to tell me anything he did report me to better business i didn'nt get a pool or my money back
