ordered ionizer on June 15 received part without test strips waited for delivery after I contact blue world they did deliver test strips month later after several calls. Install ionizer according to book , after 3 days no copper was registering it did not work, called blue world to inform they suggested salt in pool and other things ,after following given directions copper content was at proper levels and getting water tested confirmed proper levels.I was informed by green pool and other experts ionizer is not working on my pool.After several directions from blue world pool and much distressing struggle attempts through time i am fed up of the discust green pool. finaly i called blue world and told them i am tired of green pool and disconnected ionizer. I went back to chemicals as needed.my request is full refund since the product does not work.Note: i have made several attempts to resolve this issue and have been denied in all occasions.the direction given to me by blue world pool and the instructional book have been followed precisely to exact direction.it just do not work.after long cleaning and much cost of chemicals needed,my pool is now clean again.this should not be such a hassel.a full refund is what is needed to resolve this issue.
