I booked a Villa through the Flipkey website only to find that I had never actually been dealing with the owner and that the scammers have dissapeared with our money and the acutual owner had never heard of us. Flipkey are taking no responsibility despite the fact that it happed prior to us being scammed and is still happening now which proves they are doing nothing to protect customers.
