I got a phone call from this company that said they could sell my timeshare. I first talked to Nicole at 1-888-504-8415. She referred me to a customer service agent named Alex Arroyo. He sent paperwork to me to sign and also said he needed 1350.00 for the fee for going through the legal part with the deed and closing etc.The e-mails with the paperwork had the name Derrick Johnson as the person that sent it. In those e-mails, Brandon and Julie Goodman were named as the buyers. I then talked to a person named Samantha Walker at 1-888-405-2942. I needed to send 1500.00 to cover the stamp tax and I would get that back after closing on June 1st.

June 1st came and went and no calls. I sent two (2)e-mails to them on May 31st asking for details and got the same answer that they were closed on that day and would call me on June 1st. I never recieved a call or an e-mail.The website is now gone too.

I have now referred this matter to the Georgia Office of Consumer Protection in Atlanta, Georgia also where this business is located.
