On July 27, 2012, I signed up for a free sample of the DermaPure Skin Care product which was to be a 30 day trial and a shipping charge of $1.95. I was unaware that the following day I was going to be charged $89.95 for my supposed "Sample." I NEVER authorized this transaction, which in my opinion is considered Theft! While signing up for this product I was never told nor e-mailed that I was going to be charged this expensive amount. If I would have known that I was going to be charged this much, I would have never agreed to the Terms & Conditions. When I called the company and asked for a refund, the maximum refund amount they were going to give me was $19.95. You mean to tell me, I pay $89.95 for a small 1.0 OZ bottle and lose out on $70.00!!! UNACCEPTABLE! My bank account is now in the NEG, I had to cancel my credit card, and now have to wait weeks for a new one. This scam has really taken a tole on me, because I have no money because this transaction has been made. DON'T TRUST THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY!!!
