I sold my 199 Chevy Silverado pick up truck So with all they said I sold it to them and I went to buy it back and I will be honest I do have problems comphrehending what I read at first and did,nt realize what I signed till I read it a few times over the next few days.I called them a few days after I sold it to them to see if thet had it still and they said yes and I let them know I wanted to get it back and the manager for the dealership told me it would be a bit more than I sold it to them at most a week earlier and they sold it back to me at over 2 times what I sold it to them 4 and that was $8500.00 and the work they said it needed was never done.I did write the better bussiness burea and the atty,Gen.Office and they replied to the complaint for the BBB office and I have it in an email they stated to the BBB that they did various work on the truck and I have proof they only did 2 things they said and they never did them either so their they lied to the BBB.There is so much more I could add but why should I no one really wants to help people that are trying to do what is honest and fair.Just so u know it os a chevy z71 chevy pickup truck which I owned for 7 years prior to selling it and it has the dents on it as I stated and also it had almost 122000 miles on it and book value in VGC is $5800.00 which is far from that condition.And the sales mananger for that dealership is John Ellerbusch and his son was the so called sales guy also.So what does that say about why the price for me to get my truck back from them.I need help getting this to a fair market value maybe $500.00 moer than I sold it to them for they carry in house financing to me for it because they took my info and within 3 to 5 min also They had me approved on a loan from Credit Acceptance and with the financing it came to almost $13,000.00 for a truck that at most is valued in the blue book for $5800.00 at tops and I priced them at other dealers and the 1999 I found the dealers are only asking I believe the hightest quote I got was $5200.00 and that truck had only 85,000 miles on it and it was in VG condition.Spo if yous can help me I would be so thankfull and if we need to go public with this deal we sall do so thanks.
