Move Builders is a disappointment. They subcontract the loading to local companies and then take no responsibility for the actions of these people. My wife had a kindle fire stolen right out from under us during loading. The boxes were packed so there was simply no where for it to go. I contacted the company immediately and did not make an accusation, yet told them I would be if the item did not "show up" on the other end. Guess what? After unloading my damaged possessions, no Kindle. Surprised?
All of my boxes marked "fragile" were crushed and the insurance is so insufficient (by weight) that it made very little sense to make a damage claim. All I wanted was reimbursement for my $200 missing item.(I paid them 8K for an interstate move).
Move Builder takes no responsibility, although they are delighted to take your money.
Stay away from this company.
