I PAID MONEY 1500EURO INTO SOLIDTRUST PAY ACCOUNT. AND I ASKED THEM TO CONVERT IT TO USD, BUT TO MY SURPRISED. THEY GIVE ME THE EXCHANGE RATE OF 1.193500 ND WHEN THEY CONVERT 1,480EURO TO $1.1935. PLEASE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND AND HAVE BEEN TRY TO CONTACT THEM WITHOUT NO SUCCESS. THEY CANT EVEN ALLOW ME TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER. HAVE ALSO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITHOUT SOLUTION.
