May we please get some help.We are senior citizens,We cannot get any one on the phone,We are put on hold and forgotten about.We need a rep.to come to our home and sit with us so we can get this situation taken care of.
We have been paying out of pocket for doctor visits because they say we have another insurence carrier.This,We do not.
We are on a fixed income.We need help.
There are some things that senior citizens want to do for themselves without calling on their children .
Is there somewhere we can go for assistance?
