Guys beware of this company! They ripped me off :( I ordered a Clutch Kit for a Go Kart, I called them to order it but it's already been 15 days and they still haven't shipped it. When I first called to order it 15 days ago I was told that they had it in stock that they would ship it the next day but that didn't happen :(

I called them again, they said it had been shipped that I would get a tracking number the next day well that didn't happen either :( 4 days later I called them again, this time they said the part had to be ordered because they didn't have it in stock and that they would ship it tomorrow, 3 more days have passed and still no email with tracking number so I called them again :( They yelled at me on the phone, they told me to stop calling that they could do nothing to help me because I was contacting the wrong department.. Well there's only one phone number and they won't reply emails!! I tried to send another email asking for my money back, they told me that they can't refund my money because the part was shipped I replied asking for the tracking number but no luck with that. It's been 15 days! :( no parts, no refund, no reply to my last email :(

By the time the parts arrive it's probably gonna over a month since they received my payment! This is truly a terrible way to do business, I don't trust this site and will never do business with them again!

Save you self some trouble, don't order from these people. They are probably working off a backyard, the guy on the phone couldn't even spell my name and I have the most common name ever and probably one of the easiest names to spell. He asked for my name I said "Richard" he said "How do I spell that?" Seriously, what the heck :(

Just beware people, don't throw your money away! Look for a better, trustworthy website. I would suggest running their website name through google first and make sure there is no scam reports out there. Maxpartslist.com apparently has so many scam reports I didn't know that till today. I would of never ordered anything from them if I knew of their reputation.
