A very detailed set of photographs with dimensions was sent to obtain a cable for my Kart. The companhy shipped the wrong part anyway. No big deal. The problem is the manner in which they corrected thte problem. They won't. We e-mailed. They replied to call ext. 501 - there is no ext 501. I finallygot through to someone and after holding forever, they said someone would return our call with an RMA number. Guess what every attempt has faield to get an RMA#. Problem is I used a debit card or we'd let them sort it out with the credit card company. We checked the BBB after the fact adn they have an "F". Big surprise. Avoid this company like the plague.
