Ordered a gearbox for my sons dune buggy, they said it would be delivered in 10 days. Well 2 weeks later I finally called the parts desk, the man was very rude and not helpful, he said I needed to email support but I advsed him they are not returning my emails. Well a month later and multiple emails the gearbox came in and it was the wrong one. Sent them multiple emails and included pictures of the one they sent and the one I needed. Still no response on the RMA# and they will not respond to my emails.
