I was called by Leslie Allen of AFS about a timeshare that i had put out for sale on the market. She gave me a very convincing pitch about how she and her company could quickly sell this property. All i needed to do was send them the closing cost of $2,276.00 via certified bank check. She gave me a host of phone numbers and a website which i immediately checked out before proceeding. It all looked pretty legit. The prospective buyers were to be Alex & Jennifer Prado at a set price of $17,700.00.

As time progressed i tried calling her to stay in contact with her company, which became impossible to do, as all of the contact numbers that she had given to me went out of service and the website as well could no longer be accessed. Needless to say 4 months later here i am out of $2,276.00 not to mention the leg work and extras that were required. The money from the sale of this property was intended to help my family and i with a mortgage modification necessary to help us retain our home. It is uncertain what will become of that at this moment but one thing for sure is certain, and that is that this loss puts all of us that much deeper in the HOLE!

I hope that this message spreads around the entire globe. Simple. IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE....IT'S NOT TRUE!! I hope and pray that there is truely a god to which i can pray and have faith in, because quite honestly i have lost all of my faith in mankind!!!
