I WAS GIVEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER BY BOOKING .COM AND WHEN I CALLED THE HOTEL TO CHECK ON THE RESERVATION, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE RESERVATION. THE HOTEL CHECKED UNDER THE BOOKING NUMBER AND MY NAME AND STILL HAD NO RECORD. THE RESERVATION WAS MADE ON 7/28/11, AND I CALLED TO CHECK ON IT ON 8/19/2011. IT IS LISTED THAT THE RESERVATION CANNOT BE CANCELLED FREE OF CHARGE. I THEN MADE THE RESERVATION THROUGH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.
THE ONLY REASON THAT I MADE THE RESERVATION THROUGH BOOKING.COM IS BECAUSE WHEN I CLICKED ON THE LINK FOR THE HOTEL IT AUTOMATICALLY BROUGHT UP THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE.
THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION IS 08/21/2011 - 8/23/2011. THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED TWICE FOR THIS ROOM.
