i was told by centurylink that i would get a 150.00 visa gift card on 5-12-2012 for getting a new phone line and internet with them. i started my contrack with on 2-6-2012. i have called and called centurylink .still no card the bad thing abount the hole thing is my son work's for centurylink ! what a bad deal !look's like i will be go back with timewarner cable as soon as i can .much better service! stay away from centurylink and thair deal's it's a scam for sure. you can contact me at (Personal Information Removed) ask for kenny

- Thanks for the info. Same here plus $119. Service Charge for what was confirmed to be awwaived fee + horrible inet speed +bundled Direct TV with 3 mos. free Premium trial. .only receive 1 of them, then charged $35. for the 3 channels. .CusServ just plays dumb ! Plus I'm only 2 mos.into contract : ( The promised gift card was a main factor in my choice ! Yet they deny offering it !!!! Thankfully I've found a loophole they aren't aware of to break contract. CLink..bye-bye...

- I also was bundled with a home phone line that was never brought up, discussed or quoted in our negotiations !!!!!!
