Priceline booked us a room @ Holiday Inn Express in Duncanville, TX. We were refused lodging due to having a pet which was not something disclosed in booking agreement.
A chat with Priceline agent pretty much just said "tough luck" and refused credit to the billed credit card. If a hotel has restrictions they need to be revealed in advance of booking.
