We rented a car to go from Orlando to Dover DE, but when we go to pick the car up payless told us that the car is rented only for use in florida state, we rented another company car, but today I received my credit card statement and priceline charge me $44.00 for insurance. I called priceline and they told me that there is nothing they can do because I didn't call before I pick the car up... SURPRISE! How can I call if I only be advised at the counter of the rental car company (Payless car rental)?
