I booked a flight with Priceline which they said they could not complete so I tried again leaving the flight times up to them. They booked me another flight with less than 24 hours between flights. I wanted to visit my 91 year old father in N.J. So I asked them to give me a later flight so I could spend a few hours with him. No matter what I said, they refused. I never took the flight. I appealed to Visa and lost approx. $450.
