In order to pay an eBay vendor this week Paypal required me to submit a bank account number for my account file even though I always use my credit card on Paypal, have NEVER defaulted on a payment and have over $10,000 in credit on the card. If I didn't submit the number the vendor would not get paid, I would lose the item and get blacklisted on eBay, which owns Paypal so I submitted an account number. Three days later I discovered that Paypal had debited my bank account for subsequent purchases and caused me overage charges. When I contacted Pp and spent over 70 minutes talking to three agents I was told they were sorry and the company should have explained that from now on the bank account would be my default setting. I was told the only way to avoid this was to either go in my account each time and temporarily change to the credit card or close this account and open a new one using a totally new card number. Paypal would not refund to my account and repay the vendors using my credit card on file and it would not refund my overage charges.

- We have to put a stop to this. We better get a class action against paypal ans ebay, they are acting as a fraud front, and may be actually be owned by a terrorist group. They are screwing many many customers and should be closed down and forced to return all the funds they stole if you add up all the money on these complaints here which I have not yet, you will find a very lucritive fraud house, and then after they start getting law suits they will probebly claim bankrupsy and screw us all.
