I got an offer on line from a certain company. . that they will send me 2 pcs. of Sun Glasses for FREE. . I only pay the shipping cost of $4.99. .I pay the shipping by my card. They say there will be no other charges except the shipping cost. The sun glasses were delivered to my address in 3 days. .that was 2 weeks ago (August 01,1001), after 2 weeks (august 16,2011) , when I checked on my credit account there appear a pending charge of $109.99 which I don not know for what payment. . I am afraid I was also being victimized by this CC Bill.com Malec Media. . .I do not remember any agreement with them that they will charge me with this amount that is why I will call my credit card company that I contest this and they don't have to honor this pending charge.

- CCBill.com works closely with many scamer as a Service Payment Provicer. Case in point: They work closely with www.webcloseout.com - this site will provide customer with a Trial Membership for $2.95 and provide the wrong email address, phone numbers, and business address, and you will never be able to contact them. Once you are a member (even you tried to cancel your account - best if you do it by email even though it does not reach them, but there is proof of your intention to cancel the membership) well, once you are a member of any sc ammer, CCbill will charge you accounts as much and for as long as they can.
