I bought a bed from the Brick in 2007 with the understanding you don't pay until the following year. I had no problems with paying for the bed.( I would of paid for the bed) I was pressured into buying a bed that was very uncomfortable A FIRM BED. I called the brick to complain about it to have it replace with another bed that was softer. I had problems with the mattress of the second bed which the company sent out someone to check the bed to say their was nothing wrong with it. No one in the family could sleep on it due to ridges formed from sleeping on it. You woke up with back pain due to wire pressures. They did not cover their warranty or come get the bed. I called a number of times, being told their was nothing they could do about it because I had already exchanged the first bed. I was told to put plywood under the mattress and it would fix the problem. Nothing helped. Nothing was done and now they sent my account to a collection agent. Which is costing me over 3 times what the bed was worth. I think the public should be aware of how the brick scam it customers.
