On May 21st I placed an order through funeralflowersfuneral.com to be delivered to a funeral home on May 22nd. The website guaranteed next day delivery. The flowers never arrived at the funeral home and when I called the customer service number they said someone would contact me within a day. No one contacted me so I called again a week later with no response again. The amount quoted for the flowers was $80.75, but my bank statement stated I was charged $80.80. Not only did they literally "nickle and dime me" but the flowers were not delivered either. After searching the flower company that appeared on my bank statement, tlf main street flowers, I learned that they were many other people out there with similar complaints. TLF Main Street Flowers is a scam.

  • I have a case open against them and the lawyer asked me to find people who have had a problem with this company and ask them to write a letter and sign it. I would greatly appreciate it, you can contact me by email (Personal Information Removed)!!
