I placed a Mother's Day order yesterday and got confirmation that it would be delivered, anytime between 9am-6pm that is specifically what I asked under any "special request." I got a phone call today 05/10:2015, saying they needed to charge $20 extra dollars because they don't have the particular size, and it would have to be delivered tomorrow. I'm appalled, and of course extremely frustrated. Why does my confirmation email say it will be delivered on time than? Why can't you just make something that's worth $63.66 if you don't have the size in stock or whatever excuse you tried to charge me for an extra $20 for. It's the sentiment that counts and now it's ruined. I called back and cancelled my order and want my money back . Never ever ever again will I ever place my order through them. I found out it was this specific flower shop because it's charged on my debit card. I found a flower website and I'm assuming you place your order and it goes to a local flower shop.
