I wanted to send my friend flowers because she had an emergency visit to the hospital. While ordering I chose a cute, small bundle of flowers for $19.99. I called the next day for confirmation, I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I called 5 hours later, I was told someone would get back to me, no one did. I called the next day, I was told someone would get back to me, NO ONE DID. Then the flowers arrived so I checked my bank account. After ordering the flowers & paying the fees I was told the order price was $32.84. There was two payments pending, one for the correct amount and another for over $20. So I called AGAIN & AGAIN I was told someone would get back to me. When i asked for a manager I was told that managers were unavailable during the holidays. Finally, I called back today and a man answered. When I told him that i had called so many times and no one got back to me he laughed and said "Thats because everyone was gone for the holidays." No, I called three or four days before Christmas! Then he proceeded to tell me its my fault because in tiny print at the bottom of the website it says if they don't have those flowers they can upgrade you. Everyone failed to mention this all the times that I called. I don't keep extra money in my checking account, so it over drafted and is now costing me EXTRA to pay the amount of money I NEVER agreed too! Almost $60 for flowers I didn't pick, that weren't even that nice. This place has the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
