"They said yesterday in their response that someone stole some checks from their office and attempting to cash them, until this matter is resolved, the bank has frozen their accounts, they said that they are trying to resolve as soon as possible".
WOW!!! What's next??? Before Christmas??? That's a good one!! Between all these sites where people are complaining, they owe 100's of thousands of dollars, they not cutting no checks. All they are doing right now is trying to figure out how to get their (Inappropriate Content Removed) together with their scam artist lawyer that works with them so that they can soup up something nice when (Inappropriate Content Removed) hits the fan!! Trust and believe that's why they are now saying someone stole checks from their office and trying to cash them, what else can they do at this point. Just on this site alone they owe over $40,000. I am so happy that I didn't have all my funds avail to send them all at once, which is why they only got $3500, they wanted $10,000.

After you do that, google the State Attorney office for your county and contact them. Let them know that you were advised that even though you submitted your complaint to the New York State Attorney office, you were advised to also contact your State Attorney. They should be able to direct you on whether they take the complaint over the phone or if you have to mail it in. What county do you live in?
