yes, i have notified the attorney in ny i also called the FBI since it was happening out of states other then ny. i am currently
e-mailing one of the scum-bags and he says as soon as it clears the law dept,he will personally walk it through to the finance dept
to make out a check. we shall see

  • OMG!!! I am going through the same EXACT issue!!! They owe me $3500, I was also given the number to the FBI office that I need to contact, do you have anyone specific from the FBI working on this so that I can go directly through them???

  • We have to make sure this is all sent to the Attorney General in both NY and our home states. The more reports they get, the more of a chance we have of bringing these people down and getting our money back. Copy all the info that you see on this website and send it to them. My personal attorney told me that the Attorney General of every state is the "Top Cop" and is in charge. I will also contact the FBI. Also, if you have had any correspondance with the BBB, make sure that you copy it and send it in with any other evidence or paperwork. I have been told so many times that they have my file in their hands and are on their way into a meeting with Keith Anthony to get the approval and send me my check. I'm still waiting....since August! There is power in numbers and we have to stick together and get these people charged with their crime and get our money returned! Stay in touch thru this website with eachother and let everyone know of any progress or information you receive. Don't give up! I know it's tiring, but fight to get back what is rightfully yours!

  • Wow, they owe you $10,000?? I am so glad I didn't send them all the money at once. This their response to the BBB yesterday was that they are still doing "due diligence" and oh the new one is this one in their response

    "seems there has been some theft of checks from our office and someone has been going around trying to cash them. Until this matter is resolved, the bank has frozen all the accounts to prevent further fradulent activity. We hope to have this matter resolved as quickly as possible".

    What's hilarious is they are the one's doing the fradulent activity and have their people that moves their money around for them. I am going all the way with this, even if I don't get a dime back, I will stay on top of this to make sure they go down in flames. This is wrong on all levels that they are going around taking advantage of people like this. Everyone works hard for their money and put money in their hands in hopes of purchasing a home and they use it for their own reasons and screw everyone else over. I sent my report to the State Attorney's office already and will continue to monitor all of these sites.

  • I spoke to NY state attorney office and they told me to send in my report (I had called a few different places before I got the right location), I had to download the form from their website, complete it and mail it in yesterday since I am in Florida but they said if you are local you can bring it in. The New York State Attorney office yesterday told me that I still must notify my State Attorney office here in Florida where I live. I just left a message for the State Attorney office here and once they call me back and direct me on how to proceed making the report I will do so. Here is the link to the form that you must complete and mail in (copy and paste in browser)...there address is on the form, they said to send it in as soon as possible:

  • CIG Realty is working diligently to correct some issues that arose from the implementation of our initial business model and miscommunication between former employees and our customers.

    Our objective is to satisfy any and all concerns of our customers and continue to move forward with our business.

    Unfortunately CIG Realty was the victim of a malicious internet campaign that spread misinformation about the company’s business dealings and intentions. This campaign was implemented by disgruntled former employees. It is the policy of CIG not to discuss specific personnel issues.

    CIG is in the process of contacting all its customers to address any concerns and answer any and all questions they may have. In addition CIG has hired a full time employee to handle inquiries.

    CIG is dedicated to addressing our client’s concerns including refunding monies and scheduling new closing dates.

    CIG is cooperating with the State Attorney’s office to assure customers complaints are being handled in a timely fashion.
