What they also do is pad their numbers by creating sock puppet accounts. Not a single contact i was 'matched' with was a genuine user, and all have the exact same cookie cutter intro message.
This leaves me $25 out of pocket, the service i paid for is not supplied, and Paypal have in effect, facilitated fraud in this instance.
AYI and Snap Interactive are crooks. When called out on the fact that the only contact recieved were sock puppets all with identical greeting messages (rather than real users that are just not interested... which i wouldnt be complaining about) the account i had paid for, was deleted. They recieved free money and have been told that they have no obligation to provide the service that they attempted to charge me repeatedly for.
