i signed up for the 12.99 package i thought everything was ok until i got a call from credit union fraud department there were three charges made on debit card one for 59.00 one for 38.00 i did not get to hear the third amount as i was cut off it may have been for 9.99 i have emailed them i need this money back asap

when they sent me conformation there was no conformation number but they sent me a cancellation number 839426 and that i would not be automatically renewed in march 2012 i want canceled now and i want my money back now

- yes i failed to mention i did not receive a conformation number when i paid now i received a cancellation number which is 839426 they said i will not be automatically renewed in march 2012 the point is i want canceled now and i have to have that money back
