Complaint 9880 Details

This all started on July 15 2011, I saw an add on k9stud.com for an English bulldog puppy. The address was in Georgia and since I live in Flordia I told the breeder I would drive up and pick up the puppy. Then he comes back and says he moved to New York but, he could ship the puppy for $230.00 . I said ok but I would have to wait until August 1st he agreed. When August 1st came around I got a phone call from the shipping company they wanted the money in a money gram . Each money gram cost me $9.00 . I sent the $230.00 to them about 2hours later they called saying I needed a crate for the puppy it would cost $150.00 and it would be refunded when the puppy was delivered to my door. I paid the $150.00 with a money gram they sent me an email saying I was number 10 in line to recieve my puppy that they would call 30 mins before delivery I waited all night. No puppy. First thing Aug 2nd they call saying I need insurance on the puppy that it will cost $550.00 I told them no way they talked me out of $300.00 I had to go to a pay day loan store to get the money. I sent it and waited again number 10 waiting for a call. No call. Next day they call saying I needed a cert. form from a vet in South Carolina or the puppy would be quantine and I would be fined $20,000 so I had to pay $200.00 for that.then on Aug.4th they called and told me the puppy died and they would refund me the money. On Aug 5th I got a call saying they are going to give me $8500.00 usd in an money gram and I needed to sign a form they were sending and send back I got the form on the bottom it stated that I had to pay $475.00 in taxes on the $$8500.00 before they could send the money I had heard of this before so I did it thinking they were finally being honest with giving back a refund of money . They call Aug. 6, 2011 saying a money gram could not be done on account of the amount of money but were going to do an account for me and since then I haven't heard a word. I save all emails and money gram forms if needed.
