On March, 25, 2012, I ordered a Crochet Hook set online and paid with PayPal.
I received an order confirmation but no shipping date. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and left a message on the machine, since nobody is anwsering the phone, but no reply. Now, I'm wondering what kind of business this is, if they don't get back to their Customers.
