Ordered yarn that was hard to find. Didn't get yarn for about 2 weeks, emailed them. They said they were closed for Thanksgiving and they need to contact Red Heart. Have been in contact for about 4 rounds, they keep telling me they should expect shipment. Haven't received anything. Called and told to leave message. They haven't responded my last email for a week, I left a message and emailed them. Told them I expect to receive my order within a week. If not, I will be calling my credit card company and BBB. We'll see what happens.
