They tried to claim we orderd first aid kits. My husband does not remember ordering and does not have legal rights to do so. He is no longer part of the company. They claim only he can cancel the order. For the 20 yrs it has been a partner ship and both husband and wife can order or not, till recently when husband fell ill

I apologize for your frustration, however, as a common courtesy to our clients, we do not allow their orders to be canceled by anyone they did not list on their order. One phone call to our shipping department would get the order canceled right away! We have serving our customer's needs since 1991 and have found our policies and procedures quite effective. I do not believe this issue constitutes any "false advertising". In fact, the whole reason for our calls is to verify the information submitted to us on the order is accurate before shipping it out.
